Sedlec Ossuary and More by Wyatt Toothaker

Today we left Prague on the train for Kutna Hora. It was very cool to be able to experience a train ride through the Czech Republic. When we got to Kutna Hora we explored a bone cave called Sedlec Ossuary. A renowned architect had the idea of taking all the bones from war and plagues that were buried in Sedlec Ossuary to make unique sculptures and decorations. We worked our way to the city where we explored a silver mine at the Bohemian Museum of Silver. We also took a tour through a large cathedral,St. Barbara’s Church. There were beautiful pieces of stained glass constructed through the church during different periods of time. We had dinner back in Prague at a really good steak joint. The chef of maso je maso came in first place for his famous ribs in a European competition amongst other renowned restaurants.
