Making the Best of Cesky Krumlov by Wyatt Toothaker

We started our day off with a very nice hotel breakfast. There was a light sprinkle in the morning but thankfully the skies cleared. We went back to old town and had time to spend shopping and eating. I tried rabbit for the first time today at lunch, which was delicious. We ate lunch in a very pretty chateau with a terrace. After lunch we met in the castle courtyard for a tour of part of the castle. We were able to see many bedrooms, parlors, guest rooms, and the servants quarters. There were very rear pieces of china in which there are only 35 pieces in the world and four of those pieces were in the castle. Very precise and beautiful paintings and tapestry covered the walls. We explored the gardens at the castle and there were large well designed fountains and well carved shrubs. Once we returned to Prague we all ate at a very good Czech restaurant with amazing local food.
