Today we left Prague for Cesky Krumlov on a very luxurious bus. Seeing the country side on the way to Cesky Krumlov was beautiful but nothing like observing the old town of Cesky Krumlov from the 13th century castle overlooking all that the town has to offer. The Vltava River runs through the old town creating the opportunity to sit riverside at multiple restaurants. That night for dinner we indulged in homemade Czech pizza at the Pizza Cafe. Across the street from the Pizza Cafe I enjoyed a nice to-go latte macchiato. We also did a little shopping after looking through a portion of the castle. That night we made friends with a young adult, Christopher from Britain that works a government job in the treasury and participates in 18 month rotations. We enjoyed making conversation with him back at Pizza Cafe later that night before parting ways to go back to the hotel. It’s these types of experiences with people that you have never met, but united by a common language, that makes traveling so fun.
