Adjusting to Jet Lag by Mitch Cary

Today we went around the older parts of Prague. There were medieval taverns, old churches, and souvenir shops around every corner. We later went to Prague Castle. The castle was a large complex which featured tall fences and narrow alleys. One such alley was called the golden alley. The golden alley had a lot smaller buildings to cope with the size of the short people back in the medieval period when they were created. After going through more souvenir shops, we went to downtown Prague to do more shopping and find what we could. To end the day we had gone back to our hotel and started suffering from jet lag as we haven’t adjusted to 7 hours ahead.
