Liv Haman: Day 2, incredible and difficult day

It was our second day today in Prague. We started the day by taking a bus to a town called Terezín. We took a tour through the “small fortress”, which was the concentration camp. It was both incredible and moving to see the difficult living situations that prisoners had to face. After we toured the concentration camp, we walked over to a crematorium. It was almost frightening to see and realize how many people were cremated in that particular place. We also stopped at a couple museums to look around as well. Our last stop prior to returning back to town was an ice cream shop (it was super good). We arrived back at our hotel to freshen up a bit, and then we departed for dinner. After dinner, we traveled to Old Town to take pictures. From Old Town, we traveled across the Charles bridge and then into New Town where we proceeded to look for gelato (even though we found some, Mr Tallman let us down. Sorry Mary). We all rode the tram, without gelato and slightly disappointed, back to our hotel to go to bed.
