The intricate details, multiple colors, and breathtaking views caught my eye today. We started thd day with a hike up the stairs to the castle. Although slightly winded, my breathe was completely taken away with the view. The architecture in Prague is very intricate and detailed especially considering the age of many of the buildings. My next moment of awe was St. Vitus’ s Cathedral. The stained glass was so bright and beautiful that a picture couldn’t even capture the details. Later we took a trek down the golden lane. It was especially cool walking with Mrs. Tallman and seeing her excitement. She loves sharing her culture with others. Golden Lane was full of colors but also small spaces. It is an area of Prague that is still preserved for older times. It features small homes and shops with doors only about 5 ft. tall. I really enjoyed the architectural tours we experienced today. I can’t wait to visit Kutna Hora tomorrow.
