Český Krumlov by Morgan Kniola

Today we took a very long bus ride to a small town called Česky Krumlov. The town was built during medieval times and we could still feel the history while we were there. We walked around the narrow, cobble-stoned streets to the castle which was absolutely beautiful. We then strolled through the gardens and I decided that I will live there one day. That night, we ate dinner right on the river which is still severely flooded but we all managed to stay dry. The food was particularly good and we all shared large plates. We learned many Czech phrases and even held conversation with our waiter.
We learned a lot about the castle and Czech phrases. The castle was really cool.
My favorite part was the castle, it was absolutely beautiful even though it was a very painful walk up the steep hills. I was surprised about all the small shops in the town and how easy it was to get lost and go in circles if you don’t know where you are going.
